We make every effort to display products, descriptions, and pricing accurately. However:

  • Prices are subject to change without notice 

  • We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time 

  • We do not guarantee that product colors will appear exactly as shown on your device 

 

 

3. Orders & Billing

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete 

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided 

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or refuse any order 

  • Limit or prohibit orders that appear to be fraudulent or resellers 

If we cancel your order, you will be notified and refunded.

 

 

4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier issues 

  • Weather or external factors 

  • High order volume 

We are not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

 

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, free of pet hair and/or cigarette smoke odor and in original condition 

  • All original tags must be attached 

  • Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or other signs of wear 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items 

  • Gift cards 

  • Accessories (e.g., jewelry, hats, undergarments) 

  • Any item marked “Final Sale” 

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at satorilaneboutique@gmail.com with your order number,  product returning, and reason for return

  • Once approved, you will receive return instructions 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method 

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable 

  • Refunds are processed after the item is received and inspected 

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after receipt 

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to limited inventory. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

Late or Missing Returns

Returns sent back without prior approval or outside the return window may be refused.
