Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase from Satori Lane Boutique. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- Returned with original tags attached
Please make sure items are free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or smoke odors.
Refunds
To receive a refund to your original payment method, your return must be received or postmarked within 30 days of delivery for domestic orders. International orders must be returned within 35 days of delivery.
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Final Sale Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings or any items marked Final Sale.
